Good to know before you start
How does the free trial work?
Choose a tool on the pricing page and start a trial for your organization — no payment details needed. Each organization can trial each tool once, and a trial simply ends when its time is up. You’re never charged for it.
Do I need a license key?
No. You sign in inside the tool with your Galaxy account, and the seat your admin assigned to you comes with it.
Can I move my seat to another computer?
Yes. A seat works on one computer at a time. Sign in on the new one and the seat moves over automatically — the session on the old computer ends within about a minute.
What happens if I lose my internet connection?
The tools keep working offline for up to a day. After that they need to reconnect once to confirm your license is still active.
How do I add my team?
Invite teammates by email from your dashboard, then assign each of them a seat. Need more seats later? You can add them to your subscription at any time.
